NAC has developed a proprietary computer software system that allows a skilled team to go into the field and efficiently collect all relevant data necessary to produce a Compliance Evaluation Survey ("CES").
Like most architectural surveys, the NAC CES identifies areas that are not in compliance with current construction standards. Unlike most surveys, it also lists areas that are in compliance with current construction standards and includes an executive summary signed by one of the NAC Principals. The CES identifies compliance with federal, state and all government standards. All conditions are detailed with digital photography and the entire report can be assembled on NAC's database. NAC's report format is more informative and easier to use than reports produced by the majority of the competition. You are encouraged to contact NAC clients and inquire about their experience with the NAC CES.
NAC's unprecedented CES capability saves our clients costly and unnecessary expenditures. The majority of NAC's competition assemble reports from field notes. This task is time consuming and requires the field surveyor to continue to charge his or her hourly rate as notes are painstakingly typed and assembled into an acceptable format. The result of this labor intensive process is that the consultants either (a) send out junior level surveyors or (b) charge the client an excessive amount for the work of more senior consultants as they perform the work of data entry clerks. The NAC CES is usually entered into the CES program via a laptop in the field. A NAC Principal or a senior staff member manages the CES. For smaller surveys, the data is entered into a printed format of the computer program and integrated into a report along with the requisite digital photography. In either event, the client reaps the benefit of a CES conducted by a senior surveyor at a cost far lower than other consulting firms can usually offer. |
