 NAC team principals are frequently asked to serve on the public boards and panels involved in the creation and interpretation of disabled access laws. Many people see the rights of the disabled as being in opposition to the interests with the government and private sector. NAC has had enough experience representing both private and public entities to understand that this is not the case and the inclusion of persons with disabilities is not only required by the law but of great advantage to the betterment of the overall human condition. By restoring and insuring a modicum of dignity all peoples stand to benefit. In matters of litigation NAC has acted as a consultant and expert witness to both plaintiffs and defendants.
